Integrity 1st Auto in Plano Texas is the best place to go for your vehicle repair and service. There are several locations but this one is the top notch among them all. Integrity came recommended from a friend of mines and I think it went very well. I got an alignment on my car (since I had to purchase four new tires) and it went really well. Nick was very professional and friendly towards me and I appreciate him taking care of my car. I may even be back for him to handle my oil changes in the near future. Free snacks and beverages were a nice touch as well. Hopefully we will conduct more business in the near future.

I was referred to Integrity 1st by Discount Tire, on Coit (who also has never let me down) for work they cannot perform. Jason at Integrity 1st took care of the issues promptly and professionally - and I was a walk in / no appointment. It was a safety concern so I really appreciated them getting it taken care of on a Friday so I was not without a reliable vehicle all weekend. I had been looking for a general services location for my vehicles, since a major let down at my previous shop had forced me to look elsewhere. Think I found it!

I’ve been coming to Integrity First Auto in Plano off 15th Street for years, and they always do an honest, thorough job. Oil changes are quick, the staff is friendly, and they never try to upsell. A shop that truly lives up to its name — highly recommend!

​I had an excellent experience at Integrity 1st Car Pros. Making an appointment with Curtis was a breeze. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ashley, and Tom was the mechanic who worked on my Honda Odyssey. ​My car had a bad shake when braking, but after Tom fixed the brakes, the shake is completely gone! The service here is top-notch. They have a great environment with free coffee, water, and chips—really awesome vibes to chill in while you wait. Plus, they offer a shuttle service to drop you off or pick you up from your destination, which is so convenient. If you want honest, friendly, and professional service, this is the place to go!

Honestly the most professional and put together shop I have ever been to, far exceeds any experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Very detailed inspections, with photos provided, even if you have little to knowledge of cars they do a good job of explaining things to you and HONESTLY telling you why any additional repair/maintenance may be well worth it. For the females out there, I can most definitely see this being a safe place for you to go, they will take care of you without up charging. I ended up having some extra preventative maintenance done that I’ve been putting off just because they actually remind and suggest to you at a fair price. For this quality of service I would say they have very reasonable pricing as-well. This will be my new go to in the future!

Great auto shop. I came in with a specific issue on my Mazda CX-5 and they did everything they could to reproduce. They did a thorough inspection and found other issues, but accurately categorized them but severity. They weren't pushy at all and checked their recommendations against the available Carfax. I really appreciated steady stream of updated from Nick. He would thoroughly walk through updates and make sure I was comfortable with the assessment and had the opportunity to ask questions. He was knowledgeable and prepared with answers, but willing to go to the tech if he didn't have them. After having been burned by other highly rated auto shops in the area, these guys have definitely won my business.
